Challenge
One of Europe's largest banks needed to move its data infrastructure off Teradata and Cloudera onto Snowflake, without breaching GDPR, its own internal cloud policy or its regulator's rules.
Solution
We ran the migration as Technical Program Director: defining the program streams, estimating the effort and coordinating the teams across them. That covered the data architecture, the governance framework for quality and security, and the regulatory work, including GDPR compliance and the cloud policy derogations. We also drafted and closed the Statement of Work with Snowflake.
