• How does an engagement start?

  With a question, not a proposal. A first conversation to understand the decision you have to make, a short assessment if it helps, then a recommendation with its reasoning.

• Do you only work on Snowflake?

  Snowflake is where we go deepest, and where our software runs. We also architect and run platforms on AWS, GCP and Azure, with dbt, Airflow, Fivetran and the tools around them.

• Where do you work from?

  Paris, France. We have delivered in 7 countries, across Europe, Africa and the Americas.

• How is Timeline licensed?

  One subscription per Snowflake account, with every feature and unlimited users. The price depends on your warehouse footprint and is billed monthly.

• Does Timeline move our data out of Snowflake?

  No. It runs as a Native App inside your account, and each user sees only what their own privileges allow.

• What else are you building?

  Software for cost ownership, account assessment, dbt performance, AI spend and estate mapping. It is in private preview, and we show it in walkthroughs.

• How long does a migration take?

  It depends on the estate, and we put a number on it after the assessment, not before. Our Migration Accelerator has cut delivery timelines by up to 60%, and one cutover ran with under four hours of downtime.

• Which platforms do you migrate from?

  Teradata, Oracle, Azure Synapse and Cloudera to Snowflake, with automated conversion for more than five SQL dialects.

• Can you work under GDPR and banking regulation?

  Yes. We have run migrations for regulated banks with GDPR and internal cloud-policy work built into the program.

• Do you train our team?

  Yes. Programmes on Snowflake, AWS, data engineering, AI and DevOps, taught by the engineers who build our tools, on your own infrastructure and aligned with the official certifications.

• Can training be tailored?

  Yes. We build the curriculum around your stack and where your team is today.
